Technique 1: Measure your ring.

- Measure the inside diameter of the ring in mm.

- Wrap a thin strip of paper or ribbon around your finger. Make sure to make it tight so it fits you perfectly.
- Mark where the paper meets.
- Measure the distance in mm with a ruler.
